Meet the Staff

Shelli brings over 20 years of dedicated experience to the Central Massachusetts healthcare industry; Shelli is a seasoned Practice Manager with deep expertise in Medical Billing and Coding. Since beginning her career in 2003, she has excelled in administrative leadership and operational efficiency. Shelli proudly joined Vision Source as the Practice Manager in July 2023. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her beloved chihuahuas, whom she endearingly calls her “Chickens.”

Audrey enjoys helping patients select their eyewear and guide them with their optical choices. She strives to have the patient look their best with their new glasses.

Eudora has been a dedicated Optical Technician with a passion for precision, patient care, and service Since 2023. With hands-on expertise in optical technology, Eudora ensures that every client receives the highest quality vision solutions tailored to their needs. Known for a compassionate approach. Eudora thrives on helping people see more clearly and live more confidently. Beyond the workplace, Eudora is deeply committed to her faith and community. She finds joy in serving others. This balance of technical skill and heartfelt service defines Eudora’s professional and personal journey.

Dadra joined our team in October 2020 after being a patient for over 30 years. She started as the Front Desk Coordinator and, after 4 years, became our Patient Care Specialist/In-House Biller. She was born and raised in Spencer. Before coming to Vision Source, Dadra did home care as a PCA. She loves helping our patients get the best care and is very knowledgeable about our products. Outside of work, she is very involved in the Community, loves all sporting events, and she just became a grandmother.

Margaret is an Optometric Technician dedicated to providing patients with exceptional care and support throughout their eye care journey. A graduate of Salem State University, Margaret brings a strong foundation in patient assistance and technical skills to the team. Margaret gained valuable hands on experience in a similar patient-facing role as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) during her college years.

Aden Baez is an optometric technician with Vision Source of Worcester and Spencer, where he provides high-quality patient care through diagnostic testing, pre-exam procedures, and hands-on support for optometrists. Known for his professionalism, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, Aden strives to help every patient feel comfortable, informed, and well cared for during their visit. Outside of his work in eye care, Aden stays deeply involved in his community.

Emily has been part of our practice since 2001. She works in the Worcester and Spencer offices as a Vision Therapist and Lens Specialist. She loves spending time with her friends and family and being in the beauty of the outdoors

Ara started working in the optical field in 1986 while finishing high school. He later graduated from Newbury College completing the Ophthalmic Dispensing Program. He has worked as an Optician at many well established optical enterprises including Pearle Vision, Davis Vision and Harvard Vanguard. In the summer of 2016 he became a part of our team and works in both the Worcester and Spencer office.

Grace joined the Vision Source Team in May of 2025. Grace graduated from Worcester State University, where I earned my degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. After graduating, I began my career as an aquatic biologist, developing strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to thorough documentation.

Nancy is an Optometric Technician committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring a positive experience for every patient. As a graduate from the College of the Holy Cross with a Mathematics degree, she brings strong analytical skills and precision to their work in a clinical setting.

Michelle is a frame specialist who believes that great care starts with genuine connection. She is passionate about treating patients like family and making each experience positive and enjoyable. In her free time, Michelle loves being with her family and expressing her creativity through painting.
